At QOLACHI INTERIOR, we aim to provide a convenient, careful shipping experience for every handmade piece we send out. Please read the following to understand our shipping policies.

Handmade, Handled With Care

Every QOLACHI piece is hand-cast and hand-finished, and packed individually with protective materials before it leaves our studio. Because our pieces are cement-based and can be fragile in transit, we take extra care in how each order is boxed and sealed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of the products in your order and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer COD across Pakistan. COD orders carry an additional 2–3% sales/handling charge, shown clearly at checkout, to cover cash collection and processing costs.

Shipping Time

Our team works to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Shipping typically takes 7 to 10 days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and other external factors. And Many times we have make things based on order volume so things take a bit time to properly execute.

Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Important: Unboxing Your Order

Please record a single, continuous, unedited video starting before you open your package — showing the sealed box, and specifically capturing the moment you cut the zip-tie or seal — through to fully unboxing the product inside. This video is required if you need to report a damaged or defective item.

If anything arrives broken or defective, contact us with your order number and this video, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund within 2 to 3 working days. Full details are in our Returns & Refund Policy .

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout, including any relevant details like apartment numbers or landmark instructions, to avoid delivery delays.
